- 1 Cup Curd
- 1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- 1/4 pc Beetroot
- 1 tsp Coriander

- Wash and soak Basmati Rice for 1/2hr. And boiled adding salt khada masala and mint leaves.Cook 80%
