- In a pan fry white oil with bay leaves, dried chilli, small cardamom, cloves, cinnamon and fry for 20 seconds with potatoes.
- If the potato is golden in color, add onion paste, ginger paste, chopped tomato and salt to taste. When the tomato is soft, add turmeric powder,red chilli powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, sugar and whipped yogurt and cook well over medium heat.
