  1. Peel, Wash and grate turnip. Cook shredded turnip in fry pan for 2-3 minutes. Add Salt and mix. Now mix gram flour in it and make lemon size balls. Keep it in fridge for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the koftas till golden brown colour in medium flame. Strain from oil and keep aside.
  3. Grind onion, ginger, garlic, green chilli in a grinder and keep aside. Grind tomatoes and yogurt and keep aside.
  4. Heat oil in a wok. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put onion paste and fry on low flame till it turn pink.
  5. Add tomato puree and all dry masale and cook on low flame till oil leaves the sides.
  6. Add water and let it boil for 10 minutes
  7. Add garam masala and mix. Add kofta and stir properly. Let it cook for 5 minutes on low flame. Now add chopped coriander leaves.
  8. Serve hot with chapatti or rice garnished with chopped coriander leaves and fresh cream.
