  2. Broken the fried soya chunk into small pieces.keep aside.in the same oil add whole spices saute few seconds then add onion slices fry them until the turn light brown.add ginger garlic paste saute a minute.then add chopped spinch mix well.
  3. Now add chopped tomatoes,and all powder spices and salt.mix well add 1 cup water stir and cover the lid.cooked it on medium flame for two whistle.released the pressure naturally.
  4. Open the lid and cook on high flame until the water get evaporated and oil release keep stirring.turn off the flame. Serve itl with roti or paratha
