    add the cooked dal along with 1 tsp salt. mix well.
    simmer for 5 minutes or till dal turns smooth and absorbs flavour.
  4. Now add ¼ tsp garam masala, 1 tbsp coriander and 1 tsp crushed kasuri methi.
