  2. 1/2 inch Ginger
  3. 2 Green chillies
  4. as required Coriander leaves
  5. as per taste Salt
  6. For the stuffing
  7. 100 gm Paneer
  8. 1 tsp Ginger Grated/ paste
  9. 1/2 cup Grated carrot
  10. 1/2 cup Chopped green capsicum
  11. as required Vegetable oil
  12. as required Coriander leaves chopped
  13. as required Chopped green chillies

Steps to make to make Moong dal dosa

  1. Wash & soak the dal in lukewarm water for 1 hour.
  2. After an hour strain the extra water. Now in a blender coarsely blend the dal once with the ginger,green chillies & little salt. If needed add 2tbsp water.
  3. Now take out in a bowl. Add water to make a thick but flowing consistency batter. Add few chopped coriander leaves. Keep aside.
  4. For the stuffing heat a kadai. Heat 1tbsp vegetable oil. On low to medium flame saute ginger followed with green chillies (as per taste). Add the capsicum & salt as per taste. Then the carrot & chopped coriander leaves. Don't overcook as the veggies may change colour.
  5. Take out in a bowl and let it cool. Then add grated paneer into it. Mix well.
  6. Finally heat a pan. Brush veg. oil. Pour a big spoon full of moong dal batter & spread uniformly. Brush oil over the chilla. When the edges start to separate put the paneer stuffing in the middle & start to fold from any one side. Followed with another side folding.
  7. Take it out from the pan. Enjoy the dosa with green chutney as your breakfast.
