- 1/2 cup curd/ yoghurt
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp fresh cream

- Wash and peel lauki. Cut it into circles or half circles of medium thickness. Heat two tbsp oil in a pan and arrange lauki pieces in it and cook it for 5 to 8 min until golden from both sides. If you have more pieces then repeat the process. Now take the pieces out on a plate.
